Parlays

Parlays are multiple bets accumulated into one bet where the wagerer has to get all the bets right for a successful gamble. Parlays can be a boom to your bottom line if used the right way.  For example, there are 4 games you would like to bet on, you would lay down a parlay bet, and if you get all 4 right you win the parlays, if you get any wrong you would lose the parlays.  Parlays are difficult to hit, but their payoffs are substantially higher than single bets. For example, a $10 bet on four team parlays would pay approximately $100, whereas four $10 bets on the same teams would only pay $35. Parlays are for the true gamblers, and should be used only when clearing free-play bonuses.

Parlays are actually considered a bad bet by most because you can go 4-1, 3-1 and lose. For the professional gambler, it is best to bet each game individually, and (having a good system) bet appropriately. Parlays are one kind of animal in the sports betting world, while teasers are another matter altogether. The realm of the teaser is unique in that it is subject to manipulation by bettors. Parlays are by far the most popular of the exotic wagers, as they offer the potential for a big payoff from a small wager. Simply stated,  parlays are a collection of two or more teams that you place a wager on and all of them must win in order for you to win your bet.

Parlays are combined bets on several games. Teasers are similar to parlays, but you can add or subtract points from the spread to make your bets stronger. Parlays are potential wagers that increase the payouts while wagering. The total score is another wagering point on which you can place an online NBA bet. Parlays are one of the most misunderstood bets in the industry, which is why books offer them. Like the familiar proverb, give a player enough rope, and well, you know the rest.

Parlays are not always a smart bet but here is an instance where it works. If you see a team that has a great chance to win but is a huge favorite that you don?t want to bet individually, if you use parlays and bet it with one of your other picks you essentially drop the juice on the other line and increase your payout. Parlays are when you pick several match-ups and hit all of them, you can even pick matches across several sport types. With parlays you can make a $5 bet and win thousands. Parlays aren’t near as hard to hit as you think provided that you have solid picks. For UFC 119, I hit a 6 fight parlays and I hit multiple parlays for the following WEC event.

Parlays are also are a fantastic vehicle for liability management. This is especially true with hockey and baseball moneylines, where there may be several big prices we like in the same day but are unwilling to risk 12 units to win three. Parlays are a good betting choice when used properly.
